Everyone here is only after getting views Nobody will tell you facts as I do because I believe in sharing my research and knowledge with everyone. Weight loss doesn't happen just like that. If it were too easy, why would people become obese in the first place? Chia seeds or any other super food doesn't trigger weight loss on their own. It's a combination of factors that help in weight loss. Unless people understand this fact, they won't get success in their weight loss journey

There's no negative motivation. It talks truth backed by science. That's it . People are crazy for chia seeds only for weight loss. But the reality is different. No doubt chia seeds are a pot full of health but weight loss is not certain on a chia seeds diet
