Unfortunately this is not quick by any means - for kids and busy parents, something quick from the shop is essential for day to day life, it should be different but convenience wins and life is a struggle. Maybe Huel or another alternative is better for them?

Got to say I disagree here! I have literally been making this for my convenience of healthy lunches at work. Batch making is easy (just add more ingredients) and got days ahead sorted. 15 minutes making some lunches for the next few days seems a win to me. I’ve prepared these bowls just before bed for the next couple of days a few times and it’s been a fantastic time saver.

@@jacobsIBD The issue is more the organising and arrangement of products, it has to be pre-planned which is not easy to do when you are busy and that's what the Lunchables and snack foods target - they are focused on the lazy and the busy. If you are neither then sure you should have no problem sorting your diet out and cooking full meals.

What is your camera setup? Does it rotate, or is it a 360 camera and software focusing/rotating?

hi Jacob, have you tried going full carnivore or full plant-based? I've heard from both sides conflicting claims that going one or the other is the cure, what is your opinion on this? thanks!

I have done a mostly meat & fruit based recently, not carnivore, and it made me feel great. Been eating more vegetables recently but still lots of fruit and meat. Not tried plant based, seems like an idea but I will admit, I don't want to give up meat. It has so many vitamins and minerals in it and easily digestible. Worth trying both if your interested and seeing how it works for you personally.

I agree with Jacob. Full plant based can help initially but you will starve your body of essential micronutrients. Plant based only helps because you avoid all the processed junk food which is unhealthy. Animal based (meat and fruit) is the way forward. With the inclusion of some veg which aren’t toxic and full of pesticides and histamines.
I make these High Protein Lunches when I have no time.
