He has been answering my questions for several weeks within hours, or you and others gave with your timing. He is a true master. You're indeed blessed to have been in his company.

It is a declaration of intent, utilising the path of least resistance. To ignore it would indeed be easier. we are at a crux point in a wave of consciousness. There will be a time to rest again. Master Shi Hen Yi is authentic and a great guiding force.

I cannot stand aside and watch the brave ones take the fight for us… or can I ? Least resistance in this moment in history. I am part of a generation that started Communism overthrow in Poland, and each and every person mattered. It sounds harsh but I have no respect for people that stayed away

We can all do something. War is the end of the thinking how man ' beings' game. Yet sadly the inevitable outcome for f'!kwits to gravitate towards. Once their lack of reason and that reserve has run drier than its origin s integrity.. Like a puddle in the desert. It can help, yet has usually disappeared by the time its needed. I hope you find peace in this lifetime.

I really like this lesson… so important! Thank you guys. Everyday day could grow strong in a feeling a safety, joy and clear headedness like an oak tree rather than a twig in a storm.

I just i read seneca's book: On BREVITY of LIFE, he mentioned that we have our own reasoned choice. Rather be distracted or focus on what you can control, which is ONE'S THOUGHT.

Well the opportunity cost of peaceful mind is very high. Giving it up or echanging it for a better paid but stressful life, is a real challenge. And, exactly, once you decide for change, from then on it is your decisionl. No other people are to be blamed for. Taank you again. Paul. 67,

It's healthy to take a break from social media and recap our thoughts. Not saying social media is bad but all in excess is harmful

There are people who are fighting this huge fight for us at present… I believe we owe them at least some attention as support. At least that… or otherwise we are doomed.

It's not like we are forced to spend any time at all on Facebook or Instagram or tune into mainstream media. Just say no, tune it out and find and preserve your inner peace, perhaps with a long walk in the woods or desert or whatever you have handy! I have both, though I also enjoy walking along our railroad tracks, hoping for a train to bustle by.....there can be and is meditation even in a rumbling, loud and earthshaking train going by if that for whatever reason fulfills you, a fulfillment which need not be justified to anyone else on the planet. What is important is what brings YOU inner peace.

C'est certainement très intéressant.. personnellement j'ai choisi de vivre seule a la campagne...pas de télévision, pas de radio ...le calme et la sérénité, pas de paroles Inutiles ! Le silence les seuls bruits sont les oiseaux et la nature.

4:14 True. Apart from peace it is something that can be used against yourself, by even your own self, for the self is indeed our greatest enemy & the hardest to conquer.
