Hello mam! I'm 25 years old and my weight is 83 I once lost weight from 77 to 65, but due to family problems, I gained weight again and now I am 83 kilos and I am trying to lose weight. Guests and housework and these things are too much. I can't have a proper diet and in these two months, I try to have a proper diet every week. I consume carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, and water in my diet. A guest comes and I can't do it right, or sometimes a problem happens my family is large, and healthy food is not consumed in my family. I became like a person, I fell a hundred times, but I wanted to get up again. Ominous I have been doing this for two months now. In these two months, I have messed up my diet at least six times. Please suggest me a solution or post a short KZbin video to guide people like me.
