Thanks for posting, i have been facing gut issues since more than year after being with Typhoid 4times back to back,since me & my body turned completely into very very bad stage, tried so many stuff nothing worked, has been long time i actually ate atleast a single proper meal , unable to eat anything honestly sometimes water too, became so so so weak sometimes even unable to a move pinky finger too and also facing so many health issues / complications too but also increasing weight so fast even breathing air also. Mam I’m avoiding my dinner .. and one more thing I can’t stop take tea I have headache if I haven’t take..? I will start my day with warm water +honey+ lemon then after 20 mins I will have my breakfast tea wid chilla then 3 pm I’m having my healthy lunch 3,4 chapatis with any sbji guitars,tori,soya then in the night sometimes I had fruit or rest sbji it’s right or not please suggest mam …???

green leafy veggies don't have soluble fiber!! Also , gut issues vary from gas and bloating to acidity and constipation. Not all foods are compatible in all different Gut issues. .. thus the options mentioned might not suit generically across these different gut issues. Also eating dishes like egg curry for dinner will backfire for people with gut issues

Hi gunjan, i have some questions like you have suggested palak in diet almost every day but i have gas issue and whenever i eat palak it gets double Full day i am suffering with bloating and also motion difficult and one more question you have not included guava in fruit list but guava is very good for bloated stomach as per my experience could you please explain both the point i mean is der any reason you have not included guava ??

Thanks! Dinner timings depend on your daily routine. Try to have it as early as possible to allow for a gap of minimum 2 hours between dinner and sleeping. Either way, you can have fennel seed water. Hope this helps:)
