Ways of self sabatoge -talk down about self -not being able to accept compliments -Not having standards -believing words over actions. -Talking self out of wanting and doing better -Moving backwards. -Talking with self defeating words. -Reacting instead of thinking calm and thinking. Not controlling your emotions. -Investing emotionally before the man is invested in you and giving you what you want. -Overthinking too much. -Always finding a reason to argue with a man. Mistaking that as emotional investment. -Listening to men or pick me chicks who cant do anything for you. -Changing for a man. Unless it benefits you not him. -Being too critical of yourself. -Rejecting yourself first so that the man does not reject you.

I start to think that a lot of the popular relationship psychology is written to turn women into pick mes. All of this "talk to him about the problem" stupid advice. If I need to explain to a grown man why he needs to be able to provide, then he is not a man, he is a little boy and I am doing what his pick me mom should have done years ago. Nowadays, if someone fails to understand basic concepts in any area of life, I just move on. No explanation needed. Great video as always!
@heyitsme6636 жыл бұрын
I agree completely! You have to have the same values and beliefs. If a man doesn’t feel he should have to provide for a women he’s in a relationship with....that is his belief! People only change their beliefs when they cause them enough pain that they realize that must change them.

There are too many ads in this video, but I agree that this is one of the best videos.We as women do talk sometimes talk about too much stuff with men.I tried a sugar daddy website, and had to get off because so many of them want to brag about their money,but don't want yo give you much of it,unless you are willing to put yourself in the dangerous situations of going to their homes etc.I have met guys too who want yo show off their house,car etc,yet they are so stingy with women,so I judge ignore those types.

@Karenmariepombagira6 жыл бұрын
It seems that ex's come back to see if your level up is really real. They want to see if you are still stupid. We all need to level up mentally and emotionally always. these men and society will try to test you. It will try to bring you down. Case in point-- my ex is a real estate broker. We are working on getting me a tenant. I feel I need his help because he can do a great background check. He keeps trying to get sex and since I am now more secure I do not let him. I limit him to his job. I plan to ghost him after I get the tenant because he is still an emotionally unavailable player. When a pick me thought comes I remember these videos. Today the pearl of wisdom is see what I can get out of him even though I may not know if he really likes me to give me what I want.

Hi Shera, just wanna update you that a man had insisted on proposing to me. Yes, as in marriage proposal. He is not filthy rich, just comfortable. I turned him down because I asked myself: how will he benefit my life? A: he can't. So I said no. And it feels so easy thanks to the confidence I learned from you and Ms. Mikki; simply by constantly striving to be my best self, putting my best foot forward when I step out of the house everyday. It may seem unrelated, but I have so much confidence because my face was beat and I was like (inwardly) "Boy, GTFOHWTBS. I am too good for you." Love and kisses. P.S. he proposed though I nvr gave him the p. Lol

Then derrick jackson did a video telling women they dont have to be rehab centers for me. The pastors wife did a video response to DJ rolling her neck talking bout "dont come for my man". And the pastor sat quietly while his "mom-wife" defended him against another man's opinion. They looked and sounded like a mom at a parent teacher conference. It was ridiculous. Every man should watch this. Seriously. Too many men are raised with this Walt Disney illusion that women are kind, loving and nurturing. Your videos are an excellent example of hypergamy in action. It would help male / female relations so much if you just taught your sons how important money is to you, and how women define love by resources. Too many men think that being themselves is enough. Too many men refuse to think that your concept of love is consistently re-evaluated based on his resources. Too many look for “the one” when it should be “the one you can afford.” Now, I haven’t dated an America women since I discovered that women from Asia and Central America can still cook. This was some time ago. I’m curious, what exactly do you think you provide men? Another way to ask this is: what do you think men find attractive? Not in the “I want to get laid and run” way, but in the “I want to put a ring on her and want her to mother my child” way.
@CaramelCali6 жыл бұрын
Let me guess you are a black man? My 11 year old son is taught that real men provide. REAL MEN PROVIDE. Even a child understands this. My son wants to be a scientist. So as a mother, I will be ensuring I help my **child** reach his long term career goals. This will ensure that he is successful and he will have not problem getting the woman of his dreams. He will offer her stability and a foundation to build a family. I dont teach him the latest youtube dances, hes not going to learn how to game women like losers. He will have the self esteem to know how to build himself to be the best version of himself and he will need no woman to validate him. You're honestly a loser. I'm just keeping it real. We live in a resource based world but yet men want us to close our eyes and act like we dont live in a material world... that MEN created... OMG THE STUPIDITY IS 100
@continuouswave346 жыл бұрын
N KIK, with a 2:1 female to male ratio of college graduates today, and the male number is dropping like crazy,. School systems are treating him like a dysfunctional girl, loaded up on adht medication. The odds are really stacked against your son. Sorry, but as long as you want to blame everything on men and ignore this issue, that’s you are going to get. I hope I’m wrong. Oh, by the way, I love the shaming language. Women almost always use it when something is too close to the truth. You will do a great job making sure your son is conditioned for it. As for scientists, best wishes. Do you know the under 24 suicide rate by gender is 1:7 female, male? These are kids not adults... women’s answer is to ignore, to protest men speaking up about it, to say “girls are stronger” or telling their young sons to man up. Real men provide, I agree 100%. Real men protect, 100%. You will never hear different from me. It is the job of a man to make sure his family has everything they need to thrive. When there is a breakdown it is on his shoulders. Young boys absolutely need strong men in their lives. They need their fathers. Women cannot do it alone. CANNOT. Young men need male role models... period. It is impossible for a woman to raise a man. You try like hell, yes, but look at these latest generations of “men” dropped out, laze, so weak and feminine that they will hide behind their girlfriends. Pathetic. We are supposed to have each others back. We are supposed to be each others bedrock. We all used to understand this. What the Fk happened? When did women become the perpetual victims? You were the strength of the family, the last line of defense. When did men fall so far? Women used to prioritize on character because money can come and go, but character is everything. Character rebuilds when mistakes are made. The answer cannot be “you go girl” it cannot be “boys have to man up.” You cannot keep training young fatherless sons to be good little girls. We are training these new generations to hate each other, to be each other’s victims or oppressors. WTF. Your own sons are failing in mass. Coach and LV are not about your sons. It is about YOU. You ladies keep saying things like “my man spends x on me” that has nothing to do with your children, stop pretending it does. You say you have an 11 year old son. I fear for him, and if you are doing this alone you have my sympathy. I don’t know if you just had to have the bad boy, or if something bad happened to his father, but it cannot be easy for you. You might not need no man, but your son sure as hell does. You hear me complain about the state of the modern women here because its mostly women here, but I will do the same to any man that just walks away. We are both the problem. It’s not just men. Besides, when was the last time you even saw a real man under the age of 50? Probably the last time you saw a real woman. Wake up. Both our shit stinks. We have both fallen. Priority has to be on the children not on LV or on sneakers. WTF. Ok, rant done. I actually wish the best for you and your son. Remember, the NIH has a lot of resources for education in the sciences... www.nih.gov/research-training/science-education Don’t let him slack too much with video games, and make sure to set boundaries. Young men need them as much as their scars. We learn best by doing. I’m not a black man. I’m the byproduct of a shitty father and a perpetual victim of a mother. Thank God I had a strong grandfather. I graduated high school functionally illiterate, spent years in the army and then college thanks to a gulf war scholarship. Today, if you have ever traded a stock, etf, bond or have a mutual fund, odds are it went through something I built. I say this not so show off, but to let you know. Character is the most important thing you will ever teach. Character is what I learned from my WW2 grandparents, and character is what will let him survive when all else pulls him down. That character is what allowed me to go from food stamps, and functionality illiterate to building trading floors. Stop lying to yourselves. Prioritize character not LV. That pocket book doesn’t do shit for your sons and daughters.
@CaramelCali6 жыл бұрын
@@continuouswave34 Damn, I need a nice warm cup of tea and a comfy blanket to read your response. I assumed you were a black man because you sound like one. My son is happy. Hes not treated like a girl. Hes human first and I respect him and show him respect. How can you fear for my happy 11 year old son? Should I have him come on here and type what he thinks in his own words so you can understand? We are talking about basic logic in life. He understands mommy rent is $1900. He understands his dad pays zero for child support. He knows I will never date another loser. Stop trying to make my son feminine. He loves numbers. He loves logic and we talk. He has his own thoughts and thanks me for doing a great job. He sees my sacrifice and love and it makes him want to provide for his future kids. What are you missing about this? I'm scared we live in a world with men who are like grown men children. **NOBODY WANTS TO USE YOU SWEETY, you're just upset we dont desire men who couldnt make their way in life** Even my son would spend his last little dollar of allowance money on me if he could. My son will be a warrior that doesn't make excuses. I have 100% faith that he understand the laws of gender. As a matter of fact, I'm going to read what you wrote so we can analyze why excuses and justifications can make you weak in life. You equate wanting a man of means as a material desire and as of 11/21/2018.. women don't even care what you men think anymore. Happy Thanksgiving!

@@continuouswave34 Also my step son heard me listening to Shera and he was quick to call her a bitch.. I had to school him real quick. Hes a young man and his girlfriend used to pay for everything. After I got done with my step-son, he was so proud to tell me that he has two jobs now and hes buying *everything* they need for their home. So try again!

N KIK, you really didn’t read what I wrote, but it doesn’t matter. You probably don’t even recognize that I criticized men just as much. With luck you’ll read this. It’s not for you. I’m a big believer in mentoring. Put aside your anger for a moment and consider the following two recommendations FOR YOUR SON. Two recommendations for Christmas for a budding science major. 1 Ask him if he wants to build a robot from the ground up. The following kits will teach him basic electronics and programming while teaching him how to build a robot. He will learn about diodes, capacitors, and all kinds of electronics. The books that come with these are simple, color coded and readable by his age. Don’t be surprised if he builds a “mom” detection device. www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_5_8?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=arduino+starter+kit&sprefix=Arduino+%2Caps%2C161&crid=32WORP6HCEWSC 2. Ask him if he wants to talk to actual astronauts while they are in space. The international space station has an active ham radio station, and frequently talks to people as they pass overhead. An FCC license is needed, but it’s almost free. He will have to study for the test. There are a lot of local clubs that will help. They will mentor, have free hands on classes, and help teach him what he doesn’t understand. There’s lots of free material to read up on online via the link below. He will learn more about EM waves, antennas and communications by the time he is in high school than most college students ever will... while have fun in the process. You can get dirt cheap radios, hand built ones and stuff he can break without causing you much of an issue. See www.arrl.org for local clubs.
