This challenge is all about prioritising your flexibility and mobility by committing to stretching for 7 consecutive days. Whether you're a seasoned runner looking to enhance your recovery routine or a beginner eager to improve your flexibility, this challenge is for you.
Here's how it works: Each day, set aside just a few minutes to focus on stretching. Whether it's after your daily run, first thing in the morning, or whenever works best for you, the important thing is to make it a consistent part of your routine.

Thanks! I am 26 yo, 11 years calisthenics athlete and 2 years into running. I never used to strech, only short warm up and 2 months ago I stared to feel pain in all my joints. Started to do your streches 1st thing in the Morning, before and after runs and before bed and I am feeling 10 years younger😊

I freaking love this channel. I have never liked or subscribed to anything on KZbin because I've feared annoying notifications. But these videos are so soothing, calming, healing, effective, and make me smile, so i wanted to support! And i want easy access to these. Thank you so much for your efforts and care! I feel like I simultaneously left my body to observe and feel it while also being totally absorbed in it so much that I didn't even notice my surroundings. So good after today's fast 5k. Can't wait for tomorrow 🏃‍♀️☀️

I enjoyed the shifting from lizard to half split. I made sure to point my toes towards back of the room to get a deeper stretch in the back of my legs in half split. Really good.

Hi Ash, I stopped exercises for a while because of various reasons. Resumed jogging today and joining your stretches was a must after jogging. I felt really great, physically and mentally after the stretches. Thanks for this series. Will keep the daily stretching !
