I bet that's it - I used to watch Jeff Foster all the time!. For some reason, he fell of my algo recommendations, but just watched a few of his videos just now (and subbed) - thank you for the reintroduction!

@@eric_montag I got my first Jeff Foster introduction last week on KZbin. What a relief to know that I don’t need to pick a up a new religion, coming from a Lutheran Jew & I live 2 blocks from a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery so I hang out with my monks friends often. It’s nice to know that I can just be & not have the answers.
