Training balls out requires eating optimally which basically means caloric surplus from ANY healthy foods. Could be only potato and beans, or only chicken and brocolli, or only peanut butter whole grain sandwiches.... The bottomline.... You must eat a lot of food that also have excellent micronutrient profile. Otherwise the body will keep getting inflamed and gains won't be made training balls out..... Just keep that in mind guys.

I just did a pull-up and push-up version of this. 10 pull-ups and 20 push-ups every minute on the minute up to 10 minutes. Sounds simple but it’s not unless your conditioned for it.

check this, i also do this on my 7th day (rest day) of squats everyday. on my first day, sunday, i try to hit a pr, second and third day i try to match the first, and my 4th day i do 70% of my first day with chains for 6 sets x 2 reps, 90 sec rest then 2 sets of leg extensions. thats my hypertrophy day. 5th and 6th day i TRY to hit the max again from the first day. the saturday, my rest and reset day, i do 50% of the monday 10 sets at 3 reps.... start all over on sunday, day 1, and try to hit another pr of at least 5 pounds. if my warmups are moving good, ill hit the 5 pr, then keep going in 2.5 increments... been squatting everyday like this for 2 months now

The way I see it, I want to be at a weight that I struggle to finish the last 1/4 to half of my reps but am still able to complete. No set should be easy except the warm up set. And that warm up set should take enough effort to actually warm up the muscle. Otherwise, stay home and watch these videos. There no need to be in the gym to socialize. And I’m definitely doing this on Saturday
