Mike Rashid hey mike, what’s up brother ! How wide is your stance when your taking ass to grass? I’ve been training with your videos for about 3 months now and I’ve grown and got stronger with every muscle group besides legs. I can’t get past 225 2-3x and that’s ass to grass twice a week. We’ll try to hit kegs twice a week

Thank you for the one meal a day diet plan. It works for me, currently 265 heard your message about folks dying and decided it had to happen. The weight has to go and the diet get better. Since Immediately bought some Tilapia, peppers, spinach and kale. Working on perfecting my brussel sprouts in the oven with pecans!!! "Everyday I'm Brusselin'!!!" Now the diet is plant based with high protein meat. Smaller portions are easier knowing that feeling is the body pulling from the storage. Heard that in your one meal a day video. 'Preciate it! dropping 30 lbs is doable quickly with this everyday!! Thank you!

I just so fell in love with your channel been watching it the last few days video after video and learn so much. I recently started lifting weights a few months ago and just fell in love with it but what makes your channel Stand Out is getting to listen to the conversations your having while lifting so I learned even more than just weights I learned about life and culture and so many other things thanks so much for this video. I wish I was in your area I could work out with you maybe but I'm all the way in Flint Michigan

Bro. If no one says it I will. Watching y’all squat and seeing Simeon in that type of pain from the lactic acid buildup at the end of the set is as real as it gets. Everyone one wanna be a KZbin fitness trainer/influencer or even a faker, but y’all really showing what it takes to get the body we all want. You got my support from here on out.

It crazy other youtubers still can’t imitate this content you and CT own fitness on KZbin based on hardcore content. Other than that just wanted to say thank you you’ve helped me a lot shit I didn’t even know what a dropset was or delts til I started watching you and ct. hopefully you’ll know who I am in a year or now starting my own brand I got a vision just gotta put more work in. Been watching you and the ambrosia collective. Your my idol and ct and from Ohio just wanted to say thank you for help changing my life man see you at THE ARNOLD CLASSIC IM COLUMBUS
@tobiasfunke63516 жыл бұрын
Why would other youtubers want to imitate the stupidity that mike and ct have put out in the past years. They are nowhere near being the best on youtube. CT is bottom of the barrel when it comes to giving out fitness adivce. If people did a little bit of research they would see how dead wrong ct is about so many things. I will admit mike has gotten a little better in the past years but he is nowhere near the top.

That technique got my legs jacked!!! Even better right after into heavy leg press for slow controlled negatives (another drop set)

In this video you said humble yourself. What I got from that is, I can do 315. Things is, I have a bench behind me. Should I do away with bench and go lower? That would cause me to lose my pride and go lower at my weakest point. Which you also said, we should spend more time there.
