I'm pleased you made a chicken POT pie. North American suppliers give you both the correct pie as you made here and one with both a bottom and top crust which invariably provide a doughy bottom crust and is not appetizing. As I have pointed out to the bakery in my market, a chicken pot pie has no bottom crust otherwise it is a chicken pie. I was even shown the company's recipe which involved both crusts and was called a chicken pot pie!😱. So, I said as I left them, so, what is a chicken pie like? They are still standing there with their mouths open🙄
