In this video, I'm going to share with you which job interview questions carry the most weight with employers. The most important questions in a job interview are competency. All job interview questions are not created equally. Some questions carry more weight than others. Simple questions don't carry much weight at all and you don't have to get all of these correct, but other interview questions require that you answer almost all of them. So even mission 1 or 2 of these questions could cost you the job.
If you have been interviewing for jobs and not getting second interviews, it's likely that you have been giving wrong answers to these questions.

I am a new job seeker. I watched interview videos for 4 days and prepare all the possible questions. Unfortunately, there is no one of them that has been asked. I was been asked all practical questions in a automatic video interview. The first question already shut me up. Use 3 words to describe our customers. 3 words within 30 second thinking. I haven’t realised that was a really new question that I never thought about, and same time so many words pop out, I was struggling to choose which one is better, the time already up. 😣
