People have said that Freshy Kanal has matched the level of ERB but I disagree, in my opinion this battle is BETTER than some of the recent ERBs!! The writing is fantastic, like seriously, animation is clean, also love how you use various backgrounds and instrumentals from the games in the beat; seriously this is amazing! Great rap battle, really clever writing and rapping. One issue I have is the voices, at times, makes it harder to understand some verses. I think the voices, while really good, could have been taken down a notch to focus more on the rapping.

the amazing animation definitely made the battle with how smooth and visually stunning certain scenes are, (and funny my god this battle might have the most amount of meme potential of anything you've made yet) and BluBird and Titanium SLAYED with their roles! the beat was a bop by itself but you adding the DK theme to it sealed it as being a banger audio and years after writing and the original audio being shared on your album this still goes in! Where to begin?! The voice for Winston was near perfect! The best was a bop! The lyrics were great! And the use of the Overwatch heroic theme in Winstons last verse was perfect! Since that theme is used to show the turn of the tide in the heroes favour! Fantastic! Also, to anyone bothered by the Employee line, this was written before the Blizzard drama happened.

This is still an amazing rap battle! I've gotten both this and King Julien vs King Louie stuck in my head who knows how many times this year. It might be my Donkey Kong Country bias talkin', but although Winston had really good disses (the silhouette line was brutal), I think the first member of the DK crew had the better lines overall. That Squawks line in particular was really clever, and was delivered perfectly. Winner: Donkey Kong, but only barrely.
