Donna, in fact, had more than a "few" hits in the 70's. She was the first female singer to have eight songs in a row make it to the top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. That happened between 1978 and 1980. She was the only disco artist from the 70's to have success into the 1980's. She continued to have #1 hits on the Dance chart up until 2013. As a writer, she even had a #1 song on the country chart when Dolly Parton released Starting Over Again. Her last top 10 song on the Hot 100 was This Time I Know It's For Real in 1989.

Faith. Donna had a few hits in the 77 to 82 years. She was riding on the disco wave and when that crashed so did her career. She ended up being a favorite gay icon. But she never acheived the popularity she had during the time this album was released. She did a song before this called "love to love you, baby." I DARE YOU TO REACT TO IT...HEHE! The others off the top of my head was...last dance.
