First vid I've caught of yours besides a few random shorts and recognizing the name from Alpharad's egglock. holy hell, was not expecting to both laugh out loud and tear up (the callback to Bunger tank at 54:44 HELLO?!). Amazing video. It sucks that Triple and Rotation battles got cut like most side content in newer games. Inverse battles are another one I'd love to see make a return. Looking respectfully at shirtless Don when he got that off his chest 👀 Bunger truly was the MVP. So many great team members lost in this run, but victory was claimed! It's singles with a less extreme twist that nonetheless changes how you tackle each fight while not requiring you to win 3 games of Rock Paper Scissors simultaneously while disarming a bomb and filing your taxes.

For future reference, in the Gen 6 and the Alola games, Sylveon evolves with Affection (plus leveling up while knowing a Fairy move), which it can only receive via interactions in Pokémon Amie and Pokémon Refresh in those games. It was after the Let's Go games decided to nix the Affection mechanic and simply give its effects to the Frienship mechanic that Eevee started evolving into Sylveon simply with Friendship (plus leveling up while knowing a Fairy move). And yeah, as you now know, there is a Mossy Rock in Gen 6 Petalburg Woods. 😅 IIRC, it also takes priority over other Eeveelutions that require a level-up, too, so even if that Eevee did meet the requirements for either Espeon, Umbreon or Sylveon, it still would have evolved into Leafeon if it leveled up inside the Woods (and into Glaceon if it leveled up inside the frozen room in Gen 6 Shoal Cave, as that area contains an Icy Rock).

1:21:53 An Inverse Battle is like a regular battle except every type combination has been hit with an uno reverse card. Types like Fire are now weak to Grass, thus the name “Inverse”. Also no immunities exist either. Meaning this future nuzlocke will make absolutely no sense whatsoever. Also I discovered another “special” kinda battle, called a Sky Battle, where you can only use Pokemon that are floating in their 3D models. Pokemon like Ghastly and Haunter can be used, but not Gengar. And also, Flying types can’t bypass this rule, as Pokemon like Doduo can’t be used. I’m sure this would be a wacky kind of Nuzlocke Edit: Don if your reading this do a Sky Battle Nuzlocke it’s gonna be some wild adventure
