Just listened to the podcast. We had been waiting forever and Joe’s dad did not disappoint. Growing up in Rosenberg and still a current resident, I’ve driven past the “cabinet shop” for years. So awesome to hear about the coming up of a Rosenberg entrepreneur who’s given employment opportunities to many Rosenberg and Richmond natives. Much respect ❤

Do a Q&A with Joe and Steve! Seeing the dynamic with Joe and his dad was great. How he respects and trusts Joe is what every father/son relationship should be, and I think what they should strive for. You can see how Joe loves his dad and the fact that they’re hanging out, and making time to hang out often at Joes age means Steve really won at life by that measure (and by casually rocking a Daytona).

Damn… this made me realize that me and my parents weren’t even close to being close. I feel like we’re making it up now, but man I would’ve loved to have that kind of relationship with my parents and it’s definitely something I will strive for now that I’m a parent myself.

This was fun and pretty fuggin beautiful to me. The father/son bond between them is awesome. I miss my Dad a lot and we used to riff like Joe and his Dad so this was a treat for me. I worked the in the family machine shop business with my Dad. It was started by my Gpa so hearing Joe’s perspective on trying to do his own thing first, I completely understood. I took my own path too. I really enjoyed this one. You gotta bring ‘em back on again!

I’m in Orange County CA, not even a super nice part either - and a 3 bed 2 bath 1300 sq foot home just sold in my neighborhood for 1.2M We have drug addicts and homeless people walking the streets and breaking into cars and garages. $800K for 3500 sq feet sounds like a steal lol
