Part of your struggle is your breath. I imagine you have sleep apnea. Nasal breathing makes you body function properly and improves your sleep. Since you're trying to improve your life, a good bang for your buck would be learning how to breath properly. Breath by James Nestor is a good book about it, easy to find audiobook available as well. With right breathing, all things can be overcome.
