Whenever that happened, he used to be surprised when it made me cry. He said he thought I was "cool enough" to be open about stuff like that and I really tried to be. We were a couple for seven years. As for the part where he didn't like to go out with me, that could've very well be on me. But I like to think that he was simply a little lazy and bored with our relationship. That's what I tell myself in order to not be too sad about it.
