Really good to see him and glad he spoke clearly and straightforwardly about what happened with Monique. And it’s true because you see now black women like that British woman who just got a deal for a showI believe. Netflix I think it was low-balled her on the price to feature the show and wanted to buy the rights and give her no ownership. She turned it down and now she has ownership and a much higher paying deal for her show. People can say what they want about Monique but young black actresses especially comedians heard her and are taking note so they don’t get offered pennies by Hollywood.
