@muaythairaja8 жыл бұрын
Tawney Port I agree most don't need to work out "hard". Even Dorians intensity is common among many natural trainers, myself included. The difference in results is the gear yates is on. To the yates fanboys I ask if he was COMPLETELY natural woukd he be 260 ripped? No, most likely 190to200 ripped. Thats not impossible for a natural trainer.
@tawneyport12138 жыл бұрын
sumit sawe u don't have to convince me that gear is the plus in most of their gains. I used to go to a fairly hard core gym. Most of the people working out there spend more time texting and talking then on their workouts. And yet, try to convince everyone that their brutally working out.
@Robertv19848 жыл бұрын
+sumit sawe You don't have to try to convince people, especially "fanboys" that Dorian used during his career. He openly admits his gear use and published it in the magazines at the time. Anyone who doesn't believe or "didn't know" is fan-dumb.

Dorian also had serious shoulder issues, torn tricep, tendons that took him out for years....This is definitely not for everybody....the problem with pain is that you can't always feel the difference between beneficial and catastrophic...proceed with caution. You need significant days to recover from workouts like this also. The muscle needs to be healed properly or it's pointless not unlike slicing open your arm every day and wondering why it's not healing.
@charmharmany414312 жыл бұрын
volume is just thee most stupid way of training. all the pros do it because they are shit scared of the intensity required to build muscle. however, they are more than willing to pull the handle a bit further back on the needle. volume is a negative, it is that simple. you must look to get more out of less, especially as you have more training under your belt. ultra strict form prevents injuries, not this explosive shit that generates momentum when the muscle is in its weakest, most vulnerable..
