Final smashes were meant to be a thing as far back as 64, and they wanted to implement them in melee as well. Unused audio clips like this are thought to have been the sound effect played during a final smash (Captain Falcon: Blue Falcon! Marth's: Let's Dance! and Ganon's: Ooyah! you can find them in melee's debug menus)

Ganon has this stuff in Ultimate, and he's still considered one of, if not THE, worst character in the entire game. obviously this isn't going to push him into the top tier. But as a more fleshed out character, and that has a more unique playstyle, it will push him from bottom tier to a comparative god tier.

It's actually an unused audio clip in melee. Final smashes were an idea floated since 64 and they ran out of time to implement them in melee. There are a few audio clips thought to be meant for final smashes. The others are Marth saying "let's dance!" And captain falcon saying "blue falcon!"

You need to extract your iso to root (it will export all the iso files into a folder), you then replace the PlGnAj file with the new one you downloaded and rebuild it with the GCR tool. You can re-target animations from one model to another. I also had to clean it up some so that the feet wouldnt clip through the floor, and made sure the start/end pose matched vanilla ganon. Hope you've had a good winter holiday!

Did you imported the animations from Ultimate or recreated them?

Its not as simple as copy pasting an animation because the proportions of the models and poses are different. You have to put in the proper poses and use different techniques to make sure the sword is aligned and so his legs dont clip through the stage floor etc. You can partially port animations but it also takes work to make it look right.
