I can think of a few power up mix ups 1. Zelda Series, Eldee Scrolls Series and similar rpg games: adding stsr wars light sabers as power up weapons. More powerful than traditional swords. 2. Contra 3 weapon lower ups in zelda a link to the past. The spread shots can take out the guards pretty quickly. Flame thrower and explosive weapons can be useful when it comes to clearing out grass and bushes quickly (can expose hidden enemies such as guards and stalhs more efficiently that way. 3. Red dead redemption: portal gun and teleportation devices. John Marston and family could easily get far away from West Elizabeth long before the Pinkertons show up to kill him near the end of the game.

Imagine if pizza tower's power up mix was peppino using the power ups he gets to his advantage, like, as an example, peppino uses the ice flower to freeze an enemy and use it as a skateboard, or peppino uses the portal gun from portal to do so.e insane moves. However, whenever peppino actually needs a good power up, he gets the most useless power ups ever.
