I used to put my hair up in a high bun all the time and it legit started looking like I had male pattern baldness 😢 This past year I made some changes and my hair improved: 1. I keep my hip-length hair in a loose braid most of the time 2. I started washing my hair every other day instead of everyday 3. I stopped gathering up all my hair when I wash it, detangling is so much easier now 4. Using a shampoo with ketokonazole once in a while helps, or tea tree oil, for dandruff 5. Switched to a hypoallergenic shampoo because they have nothing lmao 6. I use hair oils like rosemary, castor oil and almond oil once or twice a week 7. I don't go out in the sun as much (courtesy of miss rona) And my hair density is improving! Hopefully in another year or two it'll grow even thicker 🥺💆

I started drinking amla juice by mixing it with aloe vera juice two times daily. Regularly cutting the hair also helps. Take care of the lifestyle. Use liitlleextra cocoonnion hair oil shampoo set as both are known good for hair fall control. If you do this every day, you will see results in just a few weeks.

Also I think the tool you’re using to detangle your hair is very important too. Ever since I switched to using a comb (specifically a sandalwood one), I noticed a huge reduction in hair fall when detangling. I’m telling you, it was a little shocking. But I’m not going to recommend everyone to switch from a brush to a comb or vice versa. Everyone’s hair is different and for some people, brushes may break off less hair, while for others, it’s the opposite. Just choose based on personal experience.

Back in the early 2000s a product called Ojon came out. It's a hair oil treatment, but a few years ago they stopped making it. I found out the main ingredient was Batana oil. Now that's all I use on my hair.

Our hair has a growing phase so when that completes u will have extreme hairfall in the growin phase u will not have hairfall. Also if u have stress, fever or some illness and depression can cause sudden extreme hairfall. Then when u are healthy and hair is in growth phase u will nit have any hairfall. Even with all of this 100 hair strands per day can fall out and its normal. If u dont see new baby hairs after the fallout, that is when u must start worrying.

Hiii ❤️ Aw thank you so much ✨ Well rice water is tricky on dry hair sometimes makes wonders to dry hair and other times makes it more dry 🥺 my best advice would be trying aloe Vera for your hair ❤️ and you can use coconut oil as long as your hair is not low porosity 😊❤️ if you have low porosity use avocado oil or olive oil (extremely hydrating oils)✨ hugs!
