Tokoyami & Dark Shadow are basically like Bruce Banner & The Hulk. He (Tokoyami) can keep it under control most of the time, but when Dark Shadow goes out of control, it becomes too much for Tokoyami to handle, then at that point everyone is in danger, it doesn't matter if they are a friend or the enemy.

Tokoyami said during the Sports Festival that Dark Shadow gets more powerful in darkness but harder to control, and Shoji’s injury was so shocking his control completely slipped.

The main reason they want to capture Bakugo is because they believe his violent tendencies make him a good candidate to become a villain. If they're able to recruit a well known UA hero program student, it greatly damages the public image of UA and heroes in general.

Yeah, the Deadpool looking guy is called Twice and he has a quirk that allows him to make copies of anything. The Dabi Erasurhead fought was a copy. The copies desolve after taking a certain amount of damage.

I got to say Mustard is probably one of the most dangerous guy in the league. That gun move is one of the smartest on the show any other guy would die.

They wanted Bakugou because of what happened at the Sports Festival. You can hear Tomura saying 'villains aren't the only one being oppressed' or smth similar to that. The reason is because U.A decided that chaining and muzzling a minor on national television and in front of thousands of people was a good choice to make as opposed to just letting him refuse the medal. It is a benefit that he's a bit more 'violent' and already gets an image of a 'villain' because of his personality. They wanted to use how 'heroes' and the general population treated him so that he would accept their recruitment. Although, they didn't take in the fact no matter what happens, he's always want to be a hero and win against people like them :)

When Dark Shadow is angry in the darkness it is out of Tokoyami's control and is being consumed by its own rage. Fortunately its main instinct is to protect Tokoyami from any possible threat.

Tokoyami is an edge lord. He kept saying "Revelry in the dark" to try and get a reaction out of someone, but no one responded so he kept saying it. Looking up the meaning of revelry, this thing going on with dark shadow is pretty much the opposite. They're underage anyway, so there wouldn't be any alcohol.
