Speaking of how long he can hold his breath, the comics state that Invincible can hold his breath for about an hour. By comparison his dad can hold his breath for 2 weeks

Invincible can also hold his breath for around 2 weeks. At around this time chronologically, Marks lungs I don't think have developed fully (viltrumite powers).

Took me a couple of watches to realize it but the weird astronaut that got back to earth was not a sequin but a shaleshifting Martian that turned into one of the astronauts, the real astronaut that was left on Mars is the sequins we saw

Yeah, sequids haven't shown any ability to shapeshift, just to take control of "solids" and, when in control of one, act as a hive mind; Martians, on the other hand, have been established as powerful shapeshifters since episode one (or since Martian Manhunter's first appearance back in November 1955 in Detective Comics #225, really, since the Martians in Invincible are clearly based on him).

You two seem to forget that the Martians are adept shape shifters. The astronaut with the logo moving into the right place was just an escaped Martian matching the rest of the crew since the human he swapped places with was immediately possessed by those Seq-quids. That's why that one human astronaut with no helmet on had them attached all over his body with the giant wave of them acting in unison behind him just as the Martian King had warned.

The "baby" in the tank is Robot. The walking machine is controlled remotely by the "baby" in the tank, and the blood from Rex and why he freed the Mauler twins is to have the Twins create a clone of Rex for the "baby"s mind to occupy so he can no longer live in such a deformed state.
