Hi, the the part for phantom lancer is at around 23:00. Phantom lancer has a good winrate in immortal level games (52%), and in my opinion is generally solid. However, he has had very few pro games in the past few weeks (only 2 if I remember correctly) so there just isn't enough data for me to form an opinion. However, I think he's solid and could show up in the coming weeks.
