Hey, nice video as always, but I think you've missed one change. Back when Spiked Carapace blocked only one instance of damage, it nullified whole spell and not only damage instance. It was changed when ability to block multiple instances from different sources, so now it only blocks damage. What it meant was that before it was way easier to play against for example Pudge with Nyx, because Spiked Carapace would negate Hook completly, or if you played against Bane, he wouldn't get healed by Brain Sap. Now all other effects except damage are applied.

Love the vid! But I'm not sure if I missed it but I don't remember seeing the change of Impale from unit target to point target which made him "harder" to use in the video. I remember missing quite a bit of impales from that change due to me normally clicking on the hero when it was a unit target ability.

I love nyx assassins kit. In other Mobas, assassins tend to have a gap closer, maybe a short silence or slow and the rest is filled with damage. I always liked that with nyx you have nice utility and defense mixed into the kit with q and e

Nyx Assassin aka Anub'arak is an actual BOSS in World of Warcraft (history most famous online game). He can be found as the last boss in Azjol'Nerub (5-man dungeon) and also the last boss in Trial of the Crusader (10/25-man raid). His skills in WoW are almost the same in Dota except for the mana burn in addition to having locust swarm. He is one of the few heroes that can still be found ingame in WoW.

I always play nyx carry :3 PT(change to travel in mid/late game), bottle(change to linken in mid/late game), b.fury, desol/mkb(conditional: make them both), butterfly, and or with ethereal if you need

You missed something tho, If I remember correctly, Anubarak did have a damage return skill just like Centaur, its a passive skill, before they replaced it with spike carapace then the swarm then the spike again..

the description of lich and nerubian assasin are similar simply cos of the reason that those are both of their official backgrounds from Warcraft 3 written by Blizzard. The guy who wrote the description just retold the blizzard story in a more fleshed out and shorter way. Half of the dota1 heroes just used their existing warcraft3 lore, while some had their identities changed completely.

12:50 there's only one thing though, you can't stack spiked carapace with blademail because blademail reflects the damage the user takes, whereas spiked carapace *prevents* just that.
