I like the cheap slip on water shoes from CVS. It's almost like being barefoot except with a little support and cushion. They also slide just right on my Trick Bigfoots. Great video Bro! I also want to add that I find it very helpful to connect with my feet when playing double bass. I know that sounds weird but the feet are the furthest from the head and are usually not really thought about during everyday activities like we do with our hands. I picture myself as one compact unit completely loose and activated without doubt, knowing that I can play anything that I want with continued effort. I hope that made sense! Yeah i was thinking about it that playing bass drum depends on the type of shoes and this was in my mind since 1 week And now my lovely teacher made a lesson on it Thank you i love you so much

It is better to say; playing bass drum and shoes depend on you. Your style, technique and feeling will decide your exact shoe after some couple of years of playing. For example I used to play with thin based flexible boxing or weightlifting sport shoes for many years.. but later on I have switched to normal level based running or daily sport shoes.

I wrestled in high school. And I never realized till just now I could use those types of shoes for drumming. They are lightweight and not invasive. And have a spot for laces.

@@ErceArslan I did try them. A little getting used to because I've never used them before. But I like how they feel. And thank you for all your content. I started drumming in January of 2020, just before COVID. I love double bass and your content has helped me get exceptionally better at it. Thank you.

Sir i had seen many drum kits with double bass and they have a second hi hat (closed hi hat) behind the floor tom at the side of ride! Why there is a second closed hi hat with double bass?
