Double-chambered right ventricle (DCRV) is characterized by hypertrophied muscular bundles that separate the right ventricular cavity into a high-pressure, apical, or proximal chamber and a low-pressure, distal, or infundibular chamber. DCRV is usually associated with a peri membranous ventricular septal defect (VSD).
