Roman and Evan are easily the two most methodical BB athletes out there. Always a rhyme and reason as to why they do what they do and how to make it work for you. Far too many times these days you just hear "well, i do this and this, because that's what i've always done." Would love to see a video of them just comparing their training philosophies!
