Supplies:
Handmade With Love Unmounted Clear Stamp Set: pegstamps.com/newest-stamps/h...

Poppies for Remembrance Peg Stamp Set: pegstamps.com/poppies-for-rem...

Pink/Purple inks (memento) pegstamps.com/memento/
Double sided pattern paper or cardstock cut to 8.5”x11”
Ribbon
Die cuts: Tag, Punched circle, doily
Embellishments: Eyelets, book plate, wooden butterfly
Directions:
To make the double pocket fold base: Fold paper in half each way, then cut a slit on the fold on the left. Fold the bottom right corner over diagonally so the edge meets up with the middle bottom fold. Fold the upper corner in so the edge is 1” from the center top fold. Fold that portion over the right side. Fold the bottom portion up but unfold the bent over triangle. This will fold to the front and you can add a decorate edge where it folds over if desired. Then fold the rectangle piece to the back of the card and adhere down for stability. Secure edges of the pockets by setting eyelets, stapling or sewing it shut. *Refer to the video for a demonstration.
Fold the circle punch out in half and stamp on a poppy motif. Stamp poppies on the tag as well. Stamp “You’re amazing” in a scrap of cardstock and adhere to card behind a bookplate. Add ribbon to the bookplate and tag.
Adhere the folded circle to the seed packed and place in a pocket.
Stamp reuse info on the back of the tag and insert in the other pocket.
Glue down embellishments.
*This card will fit a standard A2 Envelope

I love reading the comments by folks using this for junk journals. You made a two-fer (two things out of one thing), even if it wasn't your plan in the beginning. This is so cute and so easy to make. I suggest stuffing it with zinnia seeds - they seem to grow anywhere for a season.

Thought I'd help out, I hope you don't mind me also answering! The crop-a-dile can be found at craft stores such as Joanns, Michael's and maybe Hobby Lobby and it can be found on many online shops such as Scrapbook.com and maybe Amazon or Walmart's online store. Tag dies can be found on these same online stores, as well. You should use a regular hammer with an eyelet setter and the eyelet setter must be the correct size for the eyelets you are setting - it comes with a metal rod that you tap with the hammer to spread the bottom of the eyelet out. Eyelet setters with hammers result in a neat appearance but are noisy (especially if someone is asleep in the next room 😊). I hope this helps.

It was a die that came with the tag die but you can trace the top of any tag and trim it with scallop scissors:)
