I have watched countless videos on burnout the last two weeks. This been the best one by far. She really gave you things to think about.

I've quit two jobs over the last 25 years because of this. This time I want to prevent getting there.

The key to sleep is to stop trying to sleep.

That's the joke. Hey, sleep an extra half an hour, that's what she said. Unbelievable.

Wonderful to hear. I felt as I was going to crash …. Fortunately I managed to have a good talk with my boss. Still it is hard being in your late fifties, taking care of my mum diagnosed wirh cancer, living on my own. At work there is this mentality : faster is better. Everyone is around 40 so sure one day they may experience what I am going through. Love to process my thoughts and see how I want my life to be. Thanks for this amazing conversation 🙏

Such a helpful video. I don't know why this video is so underrated. This is so so much better than any other trending motivational videos.

Is it only about work burnout 😢

This was definitely me. Two years later I’m prioritizing sleep, diet and exercise. My life is much better now. Still have a lot of work to do and am learning to listen to my body and pay attention to my thoughts.

“What have you outgrown? And what are you ready to grow into?” These are the key questions resulting from burnout.

Such important information. Everyone needs to hear and understand this to live a life that is congruent with who they truly are. I was shocked when I realized that I didn't know what my core values really were.

Good video! Where can we find the assessment questionnaire for what drains vs givves energy?

Personally I'd like her to simply say "I'd love to spend more time with you" rather than the lengthy cryptic message
@acadiaarchitecture317024 күн бұрын
exactly, so corporate, so psychological, so phony, including the appointment with your husband (like HR calls you), and the compliment-first approach. In a human country, the wife simply says: hey dear, what's up. Everything ok? But they cannot get it. Machines.

Dr. Sangwan spoke of a sort of a self-diagnosis checklist and a link. Would it be possible to share it?

Such a phony wife that would be with that approach. Like a corporate person. Horrible. Maybe you could become a human being. Instead of an AI entity. She even used the compliment first...embarrassing. And I actually think that doing inventory may not be good. Just feel things. Cannot fix people like you fix machines. But that's beyond...
