A lot of those courses with the extreme uphill and downhill sections require you to have the Red Bull X2010 Fan Car. Since it has downforce 100% of the time, your car would always have traction in these extreme courses.

I mean, the Tomahawk has stupid amounts of downforce at nearly anytime, if you maintain yourself over 100Kms/h you're just fine

Good mod, unfortunately it needs GT6 fully updated to 1.22, but the best you can run on RPSC3 emulator is Update 1.05 without crashing/ visual bugs. I like how the modders absolutely worked that track creation tool to the limits and beyond, almost Trackmania. GT-Physics really struggles with that :) While GT6´ carlist is almost overwhelming iam mostly interested in the additional tracks and options this mod offers. I would like to try the seasonal events, missions. Also every race in GT6 ( except Karts) being essential a 3 lap magics with rolling starts where you have to overtake the whole field to first isnt good. Iam still good with GT6 vanilla but It would be nice if Spec2 would work on the emulator :)

I actually read that an update fixed that, GT6 is now fully stable even with the newer version and mods

@@Ferrari255GTO That would be awesome, but I didnt find anything online, except to not go beyond version 1.05 and the Velocity DLC. As soon as I go over version 1.05 the game starts but has graphical issues ( not displaying cars, alot of the screen stays black)

Bad thing is the track editor was a separate app on your phone, which was a terrible idea from the start. Kids don't have smart phones. That's kind of why I stick to GT5 even though it is technically inferior.

I wanted to make some tracks for GT6 with my friend's iPad but my cousin didn't wanna help us because he didn't trust my friend with the PSN account, wich is stupid to be required. Ayone on any device should be able to make tracks to transfer via USB or WiFi

DoVe you should seriously check out the WRC games for the PS2 like Rally Evolved. Even has concept cars in there as well which you can unlock. (Just make sure to get the speed patch to fix the lag)

One day I'll finish GT6, I just couldn't never get around it idk why. This mod looks great and it's pretty nice seeing the Seasonal Events back, I loved those on GT5 / GT6 when they were online due to how much money / cars they gave for not too much grind.

I find it odd that Gran Turismo hasn't attempted something like this already, you know like the Eventlab from FH5. I think making your own tracks like that would be really interesting. Great video as always Dove, props to you and Javi for putting so much effort into videos like this.

I take it you never played Gran Turismo 5, because it had a course maker. You couldn't draw the course layout yourself, but you could specify how complex sections, how wide the track was, and quite a bit more than you might think.

@@demomanchaos Well I have not touched a GT except for the fourth one. I just feel that perhaps it would spice things up a little if you're able to change course layouts and such like FH5 does.

I actually got custom firmware on my Slim model PS3 just for this mod! I actually think it's worth the hassle. Currently I have the Stratos mod installed which is Spec II combined with gameplay changes to make the experience harder

@@shionyamamoto666 yeah go ahead, it's worth it. I don't know how HEN works though as it's different than CFW, should be a similar process but make sure to read the instructions from the download carefully

ashame my PS3 doesn't like GT6 keeps freezing on the Finale Race(s)for IA (specifically Spa) since I started playing it again to try to Platinum it on a new account. Never used to have this issue back when the game came out. Might buy another PS3 because I've tried every "fix" imaginable.

i keep forgetting they patched out full CFW halfway thru the slim's lifespan. in my brain HEN is only for superslims, but my brain is wrong lmao. my slim is one of the earlier ones that can still take full CFW (im running Rebug firmware) so i think that's where my flawed perception comes from haha.

it works ONLY on actual hardware. the RPSC3 emulator still can´t run GT6 properly, and this mod needs GT6 updated to the last 1.22 patch.
