I've been adding shares over the past year or so, and while the returns aren't there yet, I feel good about where it's going. It's very early in its growth and growth costs money. But their sales are BY FAR the best in the industry on a per unit basis, and once they can get margins where they should be, this stock will move nicely over time.

Very good product but they do need to watch their pricing. People will pay more for great taste but affordability is important if people are to keep buying.

Sitting on huge losses on this one, would like add more if fed rates cuts could be catalyst for it to get back 90 levels

It looks like a unique brand with some of the best fast casual food you can get, but seems poorly mismanaged. Why didn't they expand in Illinois first? Or the Midwest?

They have expanded all across the Chicago area. They've also expanded into Minnesota (where I live) and I don't think the stores do particularly well compared to the sunbelt. Go where the $$ is. They have a delivery service the guides where they expand because Chicago residents take their brand loyalty to new locations and give a head start when they launch in a new city.
