I like Land but it feels like there was some studio interference still a good film. I really enjoyed Diary it’s a good found footage film and the ending is haunting. I love Survival of the Dead it’s a fun western film with zombies

Yeah,I would love to see him go back to the beginning and start with the beginning of a zombie epidemic! I was not as crazy about the stuff after Day(85) but the original Night,Dawn and Day....how can you top those films? Not possible!!

Totally agree! How do you top Romero's Dead series? (Night, Dawn & Day) Brilliant stories. Dawn Of The Dead is actually my favorite zombie flick of all time. I did a review with 04' vs 78' on my channel. Check it out

There are some things that I like but silly irritating things made it less than it could be. 1) Paper money dollars would have zero value. Only things that have intrinsic value would be worth having Guns,dope, tobacco, food, communications equipment, antibiotics, ammo etc etc 2)Simon Baker was wooden all through the film. 3)Big Daddy was just plain absurd. 4)When Riley looked at those zombies and said "They're just looking for a place like us' and didn't grease them all..that was dumb.

Romero borrowed a lot of the elements from Land of the Dead from his original, unfilmed, and FAR superior first script for "Day of the Dead", which was about two warring groups of survivors - one rich, the other poor - off the coast of Florida. You should give it a read - it's at homepageofthedead.com. Romero scrapped the script because it was too epic for the budget he had.

First three were good (night, dawn, and day). The best was day, and a sequel is in the works. After that the films were awful, land of the dead included. Yelling, intelligent zombies. Money still having value.

Romero created the genre, although Argento's Zombie Flesh Eaters fits into the series almost perfectly. Night Of The Living Dead, Dawn, and Day were awesome. After Day it all went down hill.I always wonder if he'll go back to the world of zombies just one more time, and if so, what will he choose to focus on. I'd like him to go back to the beginning and show us, as only he can, just how the dead epidemic managed to get out of control.

I like Romero but of his Zombie Films: Night Of The Living Dead = Great Dawn Of The Dead = Outstanding (Argento's European Cut is better) Day Of The Dead = Great Night Of The Living Dead 1991 (Savini directed) Great Land Of The Dead = Half Ass Diary of the Dead = Horrible Survival of the Dead = Miserable I think he has run completely out of gas in this genera.

I disagree Land, Diary, and Survival are solid films but the first three are on another level
