My best friend is Japenese and his grandmother was locked up during WWII even though his grandfather was fighting in Italy and Germany. Hearing this song makes me realize that our lives and relationship would have been very different had we been born 60 years earlier. With all the anti-islamic nonsense going around I hope people realize how slippery of a slope we're on and never forget that ugly part of our past. Much love Pandaman.

@LinusHagne from what I get, Lee is his first name. ALso 'Lee was Japanese and born in the USA'. BORN in the USA, so has been giving a more westernised name, because he was born in a westernised country :o)

That's an old comment- I don't even use that account anymore. I consider myself a capitalist(I've been called a socialist by conservatives and a fascist by liberals, but it's all relative, isn't it?). Best of luck to you and your movement. I don't know where you live, but America at least needs a shift in the direction of populism. And I do still love Billy Bragg. I grew up on his music.

@KantorekBaumerB14 Actually, I can say you didn't try, but why be pedantic? After intensive research- i.e. two minutes of Google I have now traced it's origins to what passes as high culturenowadays, i.e. an episode of South Park. I shouldn't have bothered, it was funnier as a mystery, although it would explain much about Western women..
