Okay, so if I use 3 AG Golems to summon this and my opponent has nothing to block them, they can swing for 9,900 damage...that's awesome enough, though it'd have been nice if Toon AG Golem could be used as well... But just for the sake of getting _absolutely freakin' ridiculous_ for a moment, if I Power Bond 3 AG Golems together to summon this, and activate 3 copies of Limiter Removal (told you it was ridiculous) under those same circumstances, I can do... 3300 (base ATK) x 2(Power Bond) x 2(Limiter Removal 1) x 2(LR 2) x 2(LR 3) x 3 (attacks) = 3300 x 48 = 52,800 per swing, or *_158,400_* damage total. ...ow?

Well RoD errata restrictions makes it so it has to be used on summon while the respective opponent has equal or higher life points than the RoDed monster that they control, while the other two you mentioned activate when a monster (generally speaking) attacks which Ancient Gears give da dick to any spell/trap that activate when a monster attacks including this new fusion

Kaijus are popular because it's the cheapest way of monster removal. This is why Mask of Restrict should become a thing against not only Kaijus but works great against a Monarch or Ritual decks as well. OR Konami should give us more monsters(preferably boss monsters) that are unable to be tributed in any way, however make them balanced in which they can't be used as fusion, synchro, XYZ, or link materials.

Nope, because Tributing your opponent's monsters with Kaijus is a Summoning procedure, not a card effect.

You know what deck has a unique fusion spell, only one fusion monster, and almost No Viable extra deck cards? Trickstar. Trickstar needs a fusion monster. Trickstar needs to take all of it's Master Rule 4 reliant Link monsters (i.e. all of them except Holy and Foxglove)and retrain them as fusions.
