I've seen so many people who have great hair. Males who are chainsmokers, alcoholic having complete hair line with great density, even in women having thyroid,pcod, eating junk, washing hair with sulphate shampoos having beautiful long hairs now this gives me more trauma, it really hurts me because here we are eating healthy food, complete nutrition like flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, amla aloevera juice, washing hair with amla reetha shikakai, non genetic, no stress, no medical condition...still I'm suffering from severe hair fall. I've tried homeopathic treatment, ayurvedic, now taking allopathic. My mental health is also getting affected. Now I'm loosing trusts from healthy life style, all are myths jinke ache hair h...unke humesha rahenge whether they eat junk, non nutritious things, alcohol.

I love your health podcasts!! Can you please increase awareness and help get more information about Lipedema. Indian women have pear shaped bodies but we can be lipedema stage1/type1 and not know. Lipedema is not much known and researched. Indian women do need a lot of help here too. Lipedema affects mental, physical and emotional health.

It would have been nice if scalp tension theory was talked about. Perhaps its the lack of blood flow up to the top of the scalp that causes lack of nutrients and oxygen to the top of the head. It fits because most balding in men always happens on the top of the head.

First time ever heard a doctor talking so responsibly and taking mindful decisions with patients... Not all are doing this....Dermatologist themselves will be performing trials on their pateints at patient's cost for their experience.. but sad the patient gets no solution except for losing money and mental health with number of trips to the dermatologist...

Good information overall but you can’t generalize person by age… we are in 2024 and Life expectancy is more than 80 so 50 years doesn’t consider old.. it’s just middle age. Also there is no age to feel good about yourself.
