One month into a full carnivore diet and I feel great and I have lost 25 pounds. 2 inches off my waistline. I would recommend it to anyone to at least try it for a month to see for themselves. For me, the first 5 days was rough just because I’ve spent 55 years eating carbs and junk and I think this was body just in shock like a detox. This might not be the case for everyone but it was for me and just get through this to the other side and you will see how amazing this is! Good luck! Great Video guys!! First class.

I have been carnivore more than 2 months. I didn't lose a pound, I slightly gained weight. I haven't cheated once. Eating mostly beef, sometimes I add tallow (70-80% calories from fat and 20-30 from protein), once a week I eat some eggs and ghee or butter and other meats like lamb, I ate salmon, sardines and pork once. I avoid dairy, no sodas, no sweeteners. Sorry, TMI: I have strange bowel movements: I have clumps of hard pieces and completely watery parts, it's not mixed. I don't feel I am gaining any muscles. I calculated calories and I eat around 2000 kcal a day (female, 42). Thyroid and hormones are fine. I don't feel any different, I see no health, sleep or mood improvements. What am I doing wrong? Please help. 🙏🙏

I'm in a similar boat well I do feel a lot better when I stick to strip carnivore and I did just find out I'm allergic to milk protein so pretty much dairy. I was only eating once a day and thought that maybe I was under eating and so I started having five eggs in the morning and then my steak at night maybe I'm adding too much fat but I'm gaining weight. Granted I'll have a better idea once I really stay strict carnivore. My goal is to do a 24-hour fast and then start just steak and salt with my eggs. Last year when I did carnivore I didn't lose a pound however my body composition did change and I felt awesome even though the scale didn't change

some people need to heal before the weight comes off, also you may be gaining muscle/losing fat. Are you clothes looser or tighter fitting? I would eat omad, and no dairy at all. You can try doing some 2-3 day fasts which can sometimes help. You can also play around with your fat to protein ratios. I still wouldn't worry though your very early on and everone is different. couple of other tips which can help overall health, get outside earlt and get sun on your face and body and as much as you can during the day. Get your bare feet on the ground as well. Manage your stress as this can raise your cortisol. Cut out stuff in your life that is negative ie I cut out watching TV cuz it stressed me out, and even some people in my life that were negative people. Good sleep is very important as well, I sleep less hrs but much better these days and wake refreshed and full of energy. Block blue light @ night & turn off WiFi can help. Good luck!

I am sad to say yesterday was the first time I broke and ate some carbs 😭. It is so hard to continues with no results. I can't say I feel any different today physically, I just feel bad about it. @underated17 it depends on your starting point. Carnivore helps your gut heal and eventually lots of people can reintroduce some fruit and vegetables.
@ChristianHealthandWellness2 ай бұрын
I don't think fiber is bad in itself or fruits and vegetables. There's multiple problems to the issue. 1. Many people overeat. Water is good but if you drink too much it becomes dangerous. 2. Many fruits are vegetables have been genetically modified to produce their own pesticide. This is probably part of the problem. 3. People add all kinds of garbage to the fruits vegetables. Like they say meat is bad when it isn't...it's just that people eat garbage along with the meat as well. 4. People say carbs are bad when they aren't. Overconsumption of anything is bad and no one knows how to limit themselves in what they eat. I still track my calories and macros as a way to limit myself. 5. Our bodies were made to work a certain way. Our body was made perfect but we aren't working with it. Insulin and fat storage isn't a defect. People just want to eat all the time and never fast. Putting water in a gas tank will damage the car. The car isn't made poorly, you're just putting the wrong things in it. Gravity isn't a defect of the earth. We just have to live and work with it instead of against it. People have healed themselves through juicing, smoothies, fasting, plant based diet, even the guy that did the twinkie doet improved his health. I wonder with Carnivore is it the meat doing the healing or is it the long term ketogenic state that is mimicking fasting doing the healing? There's many ways to be in long teen ketosis without a pure Carnivore diet. Carnivore just allows a person to continually eat and feed their food addiction habits.
@MayBlake_Channel2 ай бұрын
There's a backlog of years of learning that led me to this conclusion so pardon the simplification: But I am pretty sure that environmental stressors (such as an increasing number of 'vak seens' ) are making people more sensitive to plants than we otherwise would have been.

I'm very slim and have lost a bit of fat, but gained muscle, 0.6kg in the last 2 months. I lift quite a bit of weight in my work. Maybe do the plank holding exercise a few minutes a day to start building muscle, then as your strength increases add something else you fancy. Dr Shaun Omar recommends sprinting. Even thinking about exercise and muscle gain increases muscles. If you had a lot of carbs in your diet previously, then muscle would of been made of fat, so this could be the weight loss. People I know who've been carnivor for a while reckon that your body balances out and rebuilds over time. Do you/can you eat eggs? These are good.
