@eren mori Sometimes, convenience is actually an upper hand. You don't know everything that's going on in someone's life- not everyone has time for a whole video, but may still love his content. Sometimes you need a quickie like this. Just saying, They're not wrong for summarizing, and you're not wrong for watching the whole video. Most people probably do both.

@eren mori It's still worth the watch. He explains why he adds each ingredient, the contents of them, along with the benefits of the ingredients used. As well as variations that you could try. Such as Coconut Milk, or Flax/Hemp Seeds.

First and foremost... I am utterly surprised you don't own a Vitamix! I'm on my 2nd one. Second, I'm also surprised you don't add any greens. I add assorted organic microgreens. I also add cucumber, lemon, apple, celery, oats, prunes, peanut butter, coconut oil, collagen, bone broth, coconut milk and RO water. But I make 64oz and drink 32oz. That keeps me going for 6 hours! Thanks for your insight and continued contributions, Dr. Axe!

Dr. Axe, i have a question: Powders are an awesome and convenient way of having the ingredients you want on hand without loss from spoilage. Knowing that processing food can leech nutrients from it, is it safe to say that these powders are a convenient way to get these nutirients, but that we should try to get the nutrients from the unprocessed sources if we can? I'm mainly concerned about what the percentage of nutrient loss is that is occurring from the use of mostly powders, and how we can make up for that to get the absolute most from your great diet. I'm guessing that the nutritional information that is presented for each powdered product is assessed based on the food ingredients prior to processing. Is there any way to test the nutritional levels after processing, so that the consumer can compensate with the appropriate dosage adjustments? Or is that already factored into the nutritional information?
@ancientnutrition4659
@ancientnutrition4659 5 жыл бұрын
Great questions, Chryss! It's always best to get nutrients from whole food sources. However, making Bone Broth can be time consuming, which is why we decided to make Bone Broth Protein! Our Bone Broth Protein is simply dehydrated bone broth that's minimally processed leading to the most minimal nutrient loss possible. We also use sustainably farmed or wild-caught protein sources. Finally, our Bone Broth Proteins are also tested for heavy metals! If you have any other questions, feel free to give us a call and we'll quickly assist: 1-855-803-1275

@@dennismclaurin1487 Quotes: "Most soy beans in our country have been genetically engineered to not be affected by Round-Up, a very potent herbicide. Consequently the soy crops are apparently often drenched with this dangerous poison. We have also found that those who consume large amounts of soy products have many of the same problems associated with meat eating because of the high protein. " "If a mother cannot nurse, the only acceptable substitute we have found is raw goat's milk. Baby formulas that contain rice or soy products are not recommended as they are extremely difficult to digest and can produce allergies and other problems." "A baby fed soy will receive, through the phytoestrogens, the equivalent of approximately five birth control pills per day! The damage is incalculable. A class action has been started in New Zealand for people who have been damaged by soy."
