*1st let me say, very good matchup DanCo. 2nd let me admit, im biased here. Now that we got that out the way I have to somewhat disagree with you here. Usually when dealing with foes greater than me im always prepared much like or even better than Batman prepares in the dc universe. Loki is a slightly better majic wielder than I, however nothing Loki can do to me that i cant undo myself and vice versa. Physically he cannot even get past my shields as Hulk was unable also. Loki may be stronger than me but so are many that dare challenge Doom and fall. In the end as with most more powerful than me I figure out ways to steal there powers. Loki is no different. No Loki does not win here, its my master/god-like smarts not magic that will allow me to prevail here. Doom for the win but not the kill here in very hard thought provoking battle. But this was a good one DanCo. Bravo* 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Great battle. Both great at prep. Loki tends to manipulate others in order to achieve his ends while Doom tends to take matters into his own hands. By feats there is no comparison who has achieved the most though. Doom. Stealing the Beyonder’s power, taking Galactus’s power saving the multiverse. If prep is involved with no outside help Doom is victorious otherwise Loki would scheme/ convince some other powerful individuals into taking Doom out for him. One on one no prep...Depends on the day.

Doom is like Batman and Thanos, give that guy prep time and he usually finds a way. He's used his intellect, tech, and magic to punch way above his weight class in the past. Stole Galactus's power, silver surfer, Beyonder, the most recent god king Doom run. I think he takes this 6/10 if he's prepared. Classic Loki was a lot more impressive.

Loki is only good with magic, Dr Doom is skilled in magic and science, battling it out with reed richards for the title of the smartest man on earth, has wrestled and defeated a lion while naked, and he’s also highly skilled in magic, and even Doctor Strange said he has more knowledge of spell craft and has more powerful magic than him and could easily be a serious contender for supreme sorcerer, and also he had plenty of feats including stealing powers from silver surfer and the beyonders and the beyonder which was an omnipotent being along with the beyonders and he has also climbed his way out of hell on willpower alone and he also has a suit on par with iron man’s and he is highly skilled in both armed and unarmed combat this combined with his robots who have the same powers as him could definitely stand a chance against Loki and also he’s one of the only ones that Thanos keeps a close eye on because he knows he has the will and is more than capable of defeating him yeah but he definitely has no “feats”

Loki may come out on top but you’ve absolutely contradicted yourself on two fronts. I will paraphrase you here: “Thor’s hits only made Loki dazed...and when Hulk hit him it made Loki more pissed than injured... Not even the strongest hits from Thor and Hulk can faze Loki.” As much as Loki has incredible durability and immortality Loki can be injured, defeated, and killed physically although this last one is a hard task. The Avengers MCU is not inaccurate in the case of hurting Loki. And in comics Thor and Hulk can DEFINITELY hurt strong, durable, and immortal beings. Thor has hurt his father before (although weakened and drunk), and Odin is more durable. Immortal Hulk has defeated The One Below All and defeated Hypnos. That’s just the beginning of BOTH of their strength feats. I have a feeling you berate these powerhouses. Loki knows his durability won’t last him against his brother and Hulk. So he uses his cunning to defeat them. So stop berating Hulk and Thor.

"...even battled Iron Man?!" Are you serious? He's overwhelmed him at almost every turn, including physical combat. Check out Iron Man N° 149-150, among others. And, "Dodder-Doom" outwitted Galactus and The Beyonder on the same day, within hours, so, I think Loki is quite vulnerable, despite his magic and mischief. Ultimately, they're both too dangerous to engage each other for the same reason that alpha predators RARELY engage one another in the wild...grievous injury resulting in vulnerability. Oh yeah...by the way...NO ONE IS MORE CUNNING, CLEVER, DEVIOUS, OR DANGEROUS that VVD, including LOKI...he gets the silver medal here. Like l said,Doom can take on the power's that be,by prepping & striking first, because some of the think him weak because he's mortal. But when they strike back at Doom, they treat him like ceader creek trash...remember in the 80s Secret Wars, he invaded Galactus's world ship, & he felt doom's precents, with but a glance Galactus expelled him from his ship painfully...and wasn't even looking at Doom. What people fail to neglect is that Dr Doom isn't just a sorcerer, he is also a doctor of science and technology. If he wanted, he could easily come up with a cloned version of the god of mischief. And if Dr Doom played his cards right, he could cause the likes of Loki a great deal of problems.

This is a far more difficult fight for Dr Doom going against Loki, than a fight against a purely technological-based foe, being exclusively about magic, instead of technological might. Loki can likely match spell for spell against Victor von doom. Doom has achieved a significant power-up in his magical prowess, having given himself immortality & lived many millennia since the dawn of the human race practicing his magic & learning more the entire time. Doom can & has faced against cosmic-level beings on the order of Mephisto & Dormammu, and likely many others as well. I'd have to give far more investigation into if Doom's updated magical knowledge is enough to rate him higher than Loki yet, or not. It's entirely possible that Loki has still a good amount more magical knowledge from other beings from universes much older than the 616 universe within the multiverse. Loki seems like someone who only fights beings in fights he knows he can win, & would quickly run away from a fight if he suddenly thinks he couldn't win it. . Maybe, maybe,.. this fight is a tough call either way, as Doom's new updated skills against whatever Loki has learned over the millennia of his own lifetime.

Not for nothing, but in all seriousness, DOOMS vastly superior intelligence gives him the edge in ANY fight. Granted, Loki's abilities are no joke but, I gota give this matchup to doom. HES extremely well versed in his magical abilities, so much so he damn near matches STRANGE. I dunno man, really tough one to call. Because Loki's bad AF too!!
