வணக்கம் madam, எனக்கு வாத முடக்கு ஆரம்பமாகி இருந்தது உடல் பலவீனம் நோய் எதிர்ப்பு குறைந்த காரணத்தில் இது போன்ற நோய் இருந்தது, உடல் சரியான இயக்கம் இல்லாத காரணம் என்று எனக்கு தெளிவாக புரிந்தது, இந்த ஆறு மாதம் தொடர்ந்து உங்களின் யோகப்பயிற்சி மூலம் postive report வந்தது doctor மாத்திரை வேண்டாம் என்று சொல்லி விட்டார் நன்றி madam, தொடர்ந்து எனக்கு நோய் எதிர்க்கும் சக்தி கிடைத்தது பயிற்சியின் மூலம் தொடர்ந்து பயிற்ச்சியில் இன்னும் பயிற்சிகள் செய்ய தூண்டுகிறது அதற்கான ஊட்டச்சத்துக்களும் உணவுகளும் எடுத்து கொள்கிறேன் உணவு கட்டுப்பாடு மற்றும் ஆரோக்கியம் சீராக இருந்து வருகிறது, இதை தொடர்ந்து meditation செய்யலாமா, அது யோகப்பயிற்சிக்கு முன் செய்யலாமா பின் செய்யலாமா, உங்கள் தொலைக்காட்சி நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் meditation குறித்து வரும் ஒளிபரப்பை meditation னை பின் பற்றலாமா, அல்லது meditation பற்றிய பதிவு இந்த youtube மூலம் பதிவு வருமா madam, 🙏🦸

No Dr every women will some ovulation day it differs every women like 10-16day so that if u then it will help,but one thing don't do like stress for baby .First plan for some duration and do yoga's in Mam's and diet in Mam's channel do it
