Naa already unga yoga 1 year continue ah senjen 6 yearsa baby illa ( with pcod & thyroid,irregular periods, but unga yoga senjathum correct ah periods vandhuruchu) conceive aanen but edho some reason abortion aairuchu, now unga yoga start panniten mam seekiram en baby enaku varanum... Unga yoga really useful ungaluku thanks solla naa romba kadama patruken, veliya class pona yoga ku amount neraiya charge pannuvanga but neenga free ya solli kodukureenga.... Thank you sooooo much madam🙏🙏... Unga yoga than enaku periya hope 😍😍😍

No you should not do Surya namaskar durring periods. As this has inverted pose one is not supposed to do this

Mam I have ulnar nerve problem and sciatica, can I do suryanamaskara? I started doing it for 40 days and had some pain because of some previous problems and dropped it. May I start it again? I really like to practice suryanamaskara. We can do suryanamaskar even in antartica .. it doesn't where you are , It all matters is how consistently you are doing . Itll add extra benefit if you do it in the morning with empty stomach in the sunlight . Thankyou

Good morning Madam, which leg should be on the floor while doing ashwa sanchalasana at 4th step. Shall we do this step with right leg on the floor?. Is it required to be changed at 9th step or should we bring the same leg forward again?. Kindly clarify 🙂
