MY UROLIFT HURT LIKE HELL! Tadilafil has helped, I discussed this with a different Urologist who had 6 ties and was also taking tadilafil. Mineral build up on the metal clip in the urethra is an unintended possible side effect that can also cause blockage! REZUM and TURP may be worse than Urolift but my friends who had PAE seem to be more satisfied and comfortable,

Now I am faced with another surgery which can cause scar tissue etc......... so I am too scared to do another surgery. Heard there is a new procedure using steam etc..... check it out.
