Chase! Dr. Harper! Thank you so much for doing this show! As someone who has been suffering with long covid since Dec. 2020 Cold Water Therapy has been a life saver. Like many I have heard of Wim Hof through his work with Laird Hamilton and the Yes Theory crew but never put it into practice until I got sick. I have an enlarged liver, spleen, lung damage and high blood pressure that resulted in Lactic Acidosis. Thanks to cold water therapy I am able to find a way to heal. Showers can only do so much for me, I need to get submersed in the water to get the real benefit. Very much looking forward to reading Marks book. Always looking for other ways to help as the medical system really does not know what to do when it comes to people deal with long covid. Thanks again!

i might have missed it but what is ideal temp and how long? does the amount of time adjust to what the temperature is? thank you

I’ve been trying this every couple of days. The water is 58°. I staying for about 10 or 12 minutes. My blood pressure goes up to 185/100. My CAC was 760. I’m 70 years old. What are my chances of having a coronary incident
