My husband and I are just starting our vegan journey. I am going all confused.. because I want to prepare meals that are not pressed. How much protein does a 6 feet tall man need every day??? He is 60. I'm 5'1, 51 year old woman. I'm excited about it!!! We did not plan much about. We are mainly doing it out of compassion for animals ❤

Good luck. Choose whole food plant based for your best health. Beans, lentils, sprouted flour less bread, brown rice, oats, fruits, and vegetables.

You're wrong about ghee and vegetable oil. Read the Indian Railways Study by Malhotra. CHD much commoner in veg oil consumers and the Ghee users lived 7y longer. Malhotra was amazed by this. Risk is NOT disease.

Not necessarily. It’s possible to choose pasta from grain free sources such as lentils or chickpea pasta very healthy products and cooking and cooling and reheating pasta increases the resistant starch which is very good for the blood sugar. Think again 🥰

Opt for wholegrain pasta any day-it's incredibly healthy and provides the energy you need, especially if you hit the gym regularly.
