I respect the fluffy people more than anyone else at the gym. They had to get over that hump and are busting their ass to be healthy and enjoy life!

People are not taking their health seriously. They are searching for a fix without their participation

99.9% of participants come with the mindset that Dr Now, or medical science in general, is going to offer some magic bullet that will allow them to lose weight but still allow them to eat what they want.

While I am on the Dr. Side that his father's health is a crutch to not change his eating habit, I do understand how that extra stress and concern made changing his eating habit hard. I'm glad he really took it to heart the after the second visit.

I always feel awful when bigger people say they are embarrassed of going to the gym.. nobody is making fun of you, we are cheering you on!👏👏👏

People do make fun of bigger people. It's sad, but it happens. You are cheering them on, not other people

I love seeing big fat people in the gym and will always go say hello and be friendly because the last thing they want when trying to change is people judging them. I know how they feel because I lost 125lb and going in the gym the first few times was daunting. I thought all the fit people would stare and laugh but that wasn’t the case. Nobody laughed and I actually had a couple of people offer to help me out and work out a training plan. That was over 25 years ago and I’m still very good friends with the girl who did my training plan for me and I’m the godfather to her kids.
