I'm 6'-5" and stay between 235-245, mostly averaging on 240lbs. @th1smomentisfate enablers are usually abusers who like to keep their victims dependant and weak... while gaining sympathy by pretending they are doing it out of love.. the person being enabled is NOT getting any favors, they are struggling to survive in a toxic place .. only way to help them is get them the support and encouragement they need, resources to break free and recover from the abuse.. blame and threats will do nothing bcos they are not here by choice

When I first saw Dr. Now give someone a dose of reality, I thought he was really mean. Then he explained how addicts are master manipulators and full of excuses, this is how they have manipulated their loved ones to feed them to the point of death! If you love someone you’d give them tough love to save their life ❤️

I love seeing big fat people in the gym and will always go say hello and be friendly because the last thing they want when trying to change is people judging them. I know how they feel because I lost 125lb and going in the gym the first few times was daunting. I thought all the fit people would stare and laugh but that wasn’t the case. Nobody laughed and I actually had a couple of people offer to help me out and work out a training plan. That was over 25 years ago and I’m still very good friends with the girl who did my training plan for me and I’m the godfather to her kids.
