If you listen to the conversation Chad had when Lori called him, the day the kid’s bodies were found, he says they’re searching the yard. The way he says it is very hesitant & he took off in his truck as the FBI dug up the spot where one of the children was buried. He knew EXACTLY where the kids were buried!

I saw footage of the back garden graves of Tylee and JJ. I have no doubt that Chad, a gravedigger, dug and arranged those. JJ's body was wrapped in thick plastic and covered in wrapping tape. Above this was earth, a large timber strip, 3 heavy rocks and more earth. On top was a wide strip of new grass. That is not something a layman would know to do, to prevent the scent of decomposition from reaching the surface. Chad tried to drive away from his home as soon as he saw the rocks and timber being removed. He and Alex worked together on that, probably with Lori's permission.

Chad has zero defense. All of the murders were carefully planned while their victims were still alive. He can claim he didn’t physically kill the kids, but his actions are tantamount to murder because he knew they were going to die, justified their deaths by calling them zombies and had talks with Lori about death percentages on their victims while they were still alive, and allowed their bodies to be transported to his property on two different dates. The day before Tylee was killed, Chad searched up ‘SSW wind direction’ because he was worried which way the wind would blow as he didn’t want the smell of a burning body heading in the direction of his neighbor. That alone shows pre-meditation. Chad may claim he was framed and was indeed burying a raccoon in the early morning hours before Alex arrived to his property, and that he buried it in a different pet cemetery. However, Chad sent a text to Tammy 14 minutes after Alex left his property saying, he “burned all of the limb debris by the fire pit” & “shot a big raccoon along the fence which he now buried in the pet cemetery that morning.” Then 3 minutes later, he tells Tammy “he’s going to go shower now.” Tylee’s body was dismembered, burned, buried in the pet cemetery that very same morning. This same pet cemetery is the only one near a fire pit and a fence. He may claim he did all of that after Alex left but he can’t complete that within 14 minutes and he should’ve noticed a recently disturbed ground and fire pit.

I think it was a combination of stress, and truck driving. Truck drivers have a high probability of getting pulmonary embolism because of sitting so much. Blood clots in the legs, and can migrate to the lungs, and then, you're dead.

Those cases should NEVER have been joined - that was ridiculous! They should absolutely be severed. However, I also believe that Lori's 'playing' insane ...if she keeps playing the system, she will never be found competent. How is it that a woman who is totally insane can carefully plan her finances (Social Security for the kids, big life insurance policies that would benefit her later, renting and moving to multiple places, arranging for multiple trips abroad managing the future rentals, etc.coordinate all her lies to multiple various people and most of all, go through multiple psychiatric evaluations and pass them with flying colors and be found competent) and coordinate all the moving 'pieces' of her last four years or so? Just the very fact that she was wiley enough to 'pass' her competency evaluations and avoid commitment makes it very clear she could also be wiley enough to pass for 'insane.' I really think the court system and mental health system is being gamed and am sickened that she's getting away with it. This also means that she is placed in regular community mental health facilities with 'actual' mentally ill individuals she could exploit. She will have Recreational Therapy, Group Therapy, Occupational Therapy and be able to have multiple visitors in her community setting. She will have 'outings' with the group, opportunities to use exercise machines, gather all her makeup needs, color her hair if desired, and when not in groups, have opportunities to use the internet, phone, read whatever is desired. Her life is velvet now compared to what it would be in prison. Somebody should take some action to stop the 'sham' of her mental health insanity defense. Come on!!
