Sorry for the lengthy comment but make it yourself, trust me it's extremely easy & you'll save a ridiculous amount of money. For reference I buy 5G ($26CAD/$18USD per G) of full spectrum distillate at a time. In other words I pay about $130CAD/$95USD for half a year's worth of CBD oil, I'm seeing companies selling 4G in 120ml bottle of oil for $369.99 CAD/$260USD.. that's around 229CAD/$160USD savings Buy MCT oil, SUNFLOWER lecithin (for absorption/metabolizing), & CBD from a reputable source online (HIGHLY recommend full spectrum but isolate works decently), & a syringe plunger. If you happen to live in Canada, BuyMellow is an incredible source. CBDistillery for the states. Using 1g or 1000mg as an example -Heat up some water in a pot, not quite boiling. -Measure 40 mL of MCT oil into a mason jar or something equivalent -Put said jar into the hot water -Add your CBD, it should melt into the oil -Add a tiny amount of lecithin you don't need much at all This would equate to 25 mg of CBD per mL which is a pretty standard dose imo After a minute or two remove it, shake for a good minute and you're done. To use it simply put under your tongue and between your cheek & gums for a minute without swallowing. Just bought some from holistichempscotland %10 oil quality production and extraction, full spectrum. Well first of all the flower is always been bad because we eat so much we eating three four five meals a day snacks in between we go to you know birthday parties weddings we always having cakes and cookies and pies at home and on the job you know every week there's a party every month at least once a month or twice three times a month people are having parties but some of those people that don't affect them they can eat that kind of food and it seem like they're super people but there are some people that cannot just eat like that so the flower always has been bad we just did not know that the way they process the wheat is not good the way they process the flower is not good and healthy for you anyway and then don't talk about the sugar once you have sugar issues you can't eat guava honey etc it has a effect you know some can eat you know guava honey and replace of sugar but we always had go back way way back to the 70s and 60s people at health problems back then but we eat so much and the food is so GMO organic you don't know really which is with or organic is just real food that's all that is they just make a couple more dollars off of it now days just to get them people's money but you don't know what's really organic and what's what these days either because the GMO food you have to eat so much of it to get the nutrients and who wants to constantly eat like that wearing out tearing out your your gut constantly eating like that the book how to eat to live teaches you about that get that book book 1 and 2 how to eat to live by The Honorable Elijah Muhammad because it lets you know about the ways of eating
