Eating more fat murders my cravings. When I accidentally eat lean, lean ground beef whatever, the cravings creep back. For me, they are 100% associated to not eating enough fat. It's like pain medication after surgery, gotta stay ahead of it.

You do not provide enough energy substrate, and there are two main sources: carbohydrates (glucose) and fat (fatty acids).

If l feel a weird craving, l have a heaping tablespoon of Primal mayo made with avocado oil and pastured eggs. Works every time.

As long as You do not deal with Your emotions your carvings will come back day after day! A walk is a short term solution…. You have to go throw the fire and meet the pain from the emotions of the past!

Cravings = adrenaline. Eat some cold butter, or some fat and cravings will go away.

1 thing at a time, be strict but do one thing per month/week but dont cheat. cravings are an addiction wich you need to tame individually

High fat very low carb dairy like cream cheese and heavy cream is used in some carnivore recipes. I keep cream cheese muffins in the freezer 8 eggs meat 3/4 block of cream cheese mineral salt and melted butter, Dessert! 325 degrees 30 minutes, make them your way one dozen muffins at a time.

Sugar cravings = either not enough proteins in the diet (from which body can create missing glucose) or not enough carbohydrates (glucose is building substrate as well, not only energy substrate). Eventually if someone consume proper amount of lets say protein (if we focus on carnivore diet), than it might be lack of energy substrate, so it is good to take a look on amounts of consumed fat.

@@florintanase-vo6mv Generally speaking glucose in addition to being a source of energy for cells, is also a source of organic carbon. Hence, it is used as a precursor for the synthesis of many biochemical molecules for example amino acids, nucleic acids etc. Glucose is an important building block for anabolic reactions and substrate for reducing equivalents formation. Glucose is only oxidized when intake is in excess of its anabolic requirements.

@@Livetoeat171 I recommend either prolonged fasting or increasing fat content or just eating more often in general. Also priming for a month helps
